Unused bikes may be returned within 30 days.

To qualify:

1. less than 20 km ridden
2. clean
3. no damage
4. all accessories included
5. original packaging
   

Accessories

30 days unused.

Faulty Products

If there's a manufacturing defect:

1.repair
2.replacement
3.refund where appropriate

Handled under the legal warranty.

Returning a Bike

Customer contacts Cadence.

We'll arrange:

1. collection

2. return instructions

3. nearest partner shop if appropriate

Refunds

Refund issued after inspection.

Normally:

within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Policy

Click & Collect Only

At Cadence, every bicycle is collected from one of our authorised retail partners.

This allows your bike to be professionally assembled, inspected, and ready to ride from day one. It also gives you the opportunity to receive a handover from a qualified technician and ask any questions before your first ride.

Delivery Areas

We currently offer Click & Collect throughout mainland France via our network of authorised Cadence retailers.

Delivery Time

  In-stock bicycles: Typically available for collection within 3–7 business days.

  Pre-orders: The estimated collection date will be shown on the product page.
  

Your selected retailer will contact you as soon as your bike is ready for collection.

Accessories

Accessories ordered together with a bicycle will normally be delivered to your selected retailer and fitted where applicable before collection.

For accessories purchased separately, delivery options may vary depending on the product.

Order Confirmation

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive:

  A notification when your bike has arrived at your selected retailer.

  A final confirmation once your bike has been assembled and is ready for collection.
