Warranty & Returns

Clear support after you ride

We stand behind every Cadence bike. This page explains what is covered, how to get help, and what to expect if you need to return a product.

Coverage at a glance

Cadence bikes are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Frame: lifetime warranty for the original owner.
  • Electrical system: motor, battery, controller, display, and wiring are covered against manufacturing defects.
  • Components: covered where a fault is caused by manufacture rather than normal wear.
  • Accessories: covered according to the warranty supplied with the accessory.

Your legal consumer rights are not affected by this warranty.

How to make a claim

If something does not feel right, contact Cadence before arranging repairs yourself. This helps us diagnose the issue and confirm the best next step.

  1. Send your order number and contact details.
  2. Describe the issue clearly.
  3. Attach photos or a short video where useful.
  4. Wait for confirmation before sending parts or the bike anywhere.

Where appropriate, we may direct you to an authorised Cadence partner for inspection, repair, or replacement.

Returns

Unused bikes may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify, the bike must be clean, undamaged, have less than 20 km ridden, include all original accessories, and be returned in the original packaging where possible.

Refunds are issued after inspection. They normally appear within 5-10 business days after approval, depending on the payment provider.
